高级维修工程师

Job  Description/工作描述:
    
    
1.         评估设备运行状态，制定设备的维护保养计划并监督执行，主导设备紧急维修及日常维护工作，推动TPM的实施，保证设备日常的正常运转。
    
Monitor machine’s stations to build a maintenance schedule and  implement, lead the urgency machine stop procedure and daily work to make sure  machine operation rate in Target.
    
2.         优化维护保养操作流程，减少维修保养停机时间，符合公司设定的要求。
    
Optimize the process for machine maintenance to reduce the machine  stop time 
    
3.         根据安全、生产及质量要求，积极寻求相关的改善方案，满足安全、生产及质量的持续改善要求。  
    
Implement the continued improvement programs to improve the overall  efficiency in terms of OEE, quality and cost saving
    
4.         负责建立维修的相关作业文件，并培训技术员工及提供技术支持。
    
Build new lines’ maintenance procedure and training the technician  and do the support for technical  
    
5.         负责制订生产设备机械零备件库存政策和监督零配件动态库存情况。
    
Monitor the material use for maintenance and improve the spare part  backup to make sure minimum in cost to maximum in performance
    
6.         完成公司及主管交待的其它任务。

Qualification所需资历：
    
    
1-       Education/training: 教育经历/培训
    
a-       Junior College or above degree  in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
    
大专以上机械相关专业毕业
    
b-       5S, ISO 9001, Opex, 6-sigma,  safety
    
经过5S, ISO， OPex, 6-Sigma,  安全等培训
    
c-         Master professional in 2D software use eg.  Auto-CAD, 3D CAD know is preferred
    
熟练使用二位设计软件如AUTO CAD，会3D建模者优先
    
    
    
    
2-       Working Experience:工作经历
    
a-       Min 8 years working experience  in maintenance dept major in Mechanical or tool designing and making, over 2  years management experience in ME is preferred
    
8年以上的在维修部门工作经历，主要负责机械或模具，夹治具设计，改造定型工作，有两年以上相关工作管理经验者优先
    
    
3-       Others requirement:其他要求
    
a-       Have good knowledge with the  mechanism for different machines;
    
有非常好的机械原理和设计知识
    
b-       Have good knowledge with Machining  process like milling, lathe, grinding, EDM, Wire-EDM, JG , PG, polishing, etc..
    
非常了解机械加工工序，如钻，车，  磨， EDM， 线割，JG, PG, 抛光等
    
c-        Have good experience and successes  in refurbish work or modification work for the major machine in the production  line 
    
有好的大型或产线主要设备改造翻新的成功经验
    
d-       Familiar with jig and fixture  design and application, have mold design and verification experience is  preferred.
    
熟练掌握夹治具设计和成功应用，有模具设计经验者优先
    
e-       Able to work independently and  under pressure
    
有独立工作经验和抗压能力
    
f-        Good reading and written in  English
