长安标致雪铁龙汽车有限公司，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国标致雪铁龙汽车股份有限公司共同组建，双方于2010年7月9日在中国和法国政府高层领导共同见证下在法国巴黎正式签署了组建合资企业的协议，注册资本为40亿人民币。

    长安标致雪铁龙初期将投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
CAPSA will initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
