?初级地质学家
 
1.  负责为RHI管理团队、合作第三方和供货商提供地理地质相关的支持， 特别是镁矿和白云石矿方面的支持
2.  负责辽宁大石桥工厂和安徽池州镁矿的质量管控
3.  负责在安徽与各个矿场、采石场的合作。 包括地质学、地质分析以及水文地质环境等的分析。
4.  负责支持各个矿场、采石场原材料开采中，保持持续产量、安全、以及成本最优化
5.  在地质学、地质分析以及水文地质环境等的分析后， 负责评估国内外矿石储量、开采地点等
 
主要职责：
1.  为采矿部门提供地质学上的支持，包括矿物储备和开发
2.  与政府部门合作，完成开采许可
3.  矿产立体模型分析和制作，确定矿场短、中、长期开采计划
4.  原材料供应及矿物开采相关的项目工作
 
任职要求：
1.  3 年以上采矿相关工作经验
2.  地理学、地质学、矿物学或地球科学相关专业毕业
3.  深厚的原材料地质学知识
4.  MSoffice熟练
5.  英文流利
6.  愿意国内外出差
·         Geological assistance to the RHI Magnesita management team and joint venture partners as well as third party suppliers in PR China concerning refractory raw materials, with focus on magnesite and dolomite.
·         Quality management with third party suppliers concerned to qualities needed for RHI Magnesite plant Dashiqiao production.
·         Interdisciplinary collaboration with the management of active mining sites of Magnesita Recourses Anhui of RHI Magnesita, joint ventures and third party suppliers for the development of mines and quarries concerning geological, geo-statistical, geotechnical and hydrogeological circumstances. Main focus is lying on our deposits, mines and suppliers in PR China.
·         Assistance for performing sustainable, legal secure, output- and cost-optimized raw material exploitation at our mining sites, at joint venture mining operations and third party suppliers.
·         Evaluation of possible M & A deposits, mining sites and raw material projects in PR China and abroad concerning geological, geo-statistical, geotechnical and hydrogeological circumstances.
Collaboration with our geologists, mining engineers, raw material specialists and external specialists in Europe and Americas to develop geological knowledge and expertise to the level of RHI Magnesita.
