Your key responsibilities As a member within our Dalian Law GDS team, you’ll need to draft, review, and comment on various legal documents in connection with the organization’s legal services to its clients. Attend legal negotiations on behalf of the clients. Conduct legal due diligence exercises and investigations as instructed by the clients.

To qualify for the role you must have LLB or LLM from top Universities or law schools; PRC bar qualification is a plus; Good command of Mandarin; Good written and spoken English; Excellent communication skills and self-motivated team player. Ideally, you’ll also have Foreign education and bar licensing will be a plus
