计划物流主管

Basic Function岗位概述:
  
Responsible for Plan management, to follow up the planning efectiveness for meeting the production delivery requirement.
  
负责管理公司订单计划的编制，跟踪，确保满足客户订单交付需求。
    
 
  
Essential Functions主要职责：
  
1、            To set up the production plan,raw material purchasing plan, follow up the production schedule .
  
制定工厂生产计划、原材料采购计划，监控到货情况、跟进生产进度； 
  
2、            To finish the order evaluation and arrange to make the samples, confirmtion the material in all 
  
kinds of part ,understanding the lines capacity and follow up the product quality. 
  
做好订单的评审、生产前的打样安排、确认、生产各环节的进度物料供应、了解各产线产能、跟踪产品品质状况跟踪落实；
  
3、            To making the analysis report of monthly finished goods and raw material. 
  
编制月度成品及原材料库存状况分析报告
  
4、            Holding on the plan coordinate meeting and deal with related task.
  
有关计划协调会议的召开及相关工作事项的办理
  
5、            To follow up the material requisition, to urge the preparation material and urgent case besed on the 
  
requirement from the order fills 
  
依订单生产之要求，跟踪需料需求、备料催询、紧急催询的落实工作
  
6、To finish the relted report of sales and production.
  
完成相关销售、生产等数据的统计分析工作。 
  
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
  
完成领导交办的其他工作;
  
 
  
Education, Experience and Physical Requirements学历，工作经验及体力要求:
  
1.        Bechelor or above education background，major of Logistics and business administration is preferred.
  
本科及以上学历; 物流、工商管理等相关专业优先考虑
  
2.        Above 5 years work experience in plan, be able to finish to make the plan independently, familar with 
  
Auto Parts Industry is preferred.
  
五年以上计划相关经验，能够独立完成计划工作，熟悉汽车零部件行业优先考虑；
  
3． Familiar with computer and office software , such as Word, Excel;
  
熟练使用电脑和其他办公软件，如WORD\EXCEL;
  
4．            The age is limited from 25 to 40 years old;
  
年龄要求25-40岁之间;
  
5．Communication and coordination ability, obey the work arrangement, good 
  
Teamwork;
  
具备沟通能力、协调能力、服从安排及团队合作精神;
  
6．To stress the professional ethics and keep the confidentiality;
  
讲究职业道德，做好信息保密工作。
