Job Title: Assistant Accountant – Accounting support Report to: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting Position Objective The Assistant Accountant is responsible for daily finance operation of Shanghai branch to support on business. Reporting to Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting, to implement and strengthen financials in GFM Shanghai branch. Key Responsibilities Invoice management Including whole process: issuing, filing, purchasing and other related. Provide the invoice issue report monthly. Customer code maintenance Review & revise in system by request of Operations. Cash management Receive & Pay, register etc. Provide the Cash counting report monthly. Others from the FNA team. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting/Economy/Finance.
