Lead Project team to achieve project target: QCD 4. Could independently plan for the assigned project, and organize the regular meeting to trace the progress of project , motivate the KON team to achieve project goals about time, scope, quality, budget constraints as leader according to the FESTO New Product 5. Could identify the potential risk and layout the remedy action plan independently. 6. Could do well in change management as well as communication management. Requirements: 1. At least 5 years project management experiences, have electric project experience preferred 2. Experience in the cross function team management 3. Knowledge about development of employees and in personal management 4. Language: Chinese fluent& English fluent 5. IT skills: MS Office
