保障设备正常运维，安全高效生产，定期检查、分析和维护相关数据。 现场检查设备，及时反应，维修生产设备，持续改进。 To ensure the facilities and all of the equipment run normally, safely and with high efficiency, and accomplish the check, analysis, and maintenance on time and record the data etc. To delivery necessary service to the other dept. of the company to ensure the production normally, and support the improvement action of all the company. To attend the Gemba work and set up the improvement mindset and propose the improvement action and lead or participate in the improvement teamwork including TPM and Six Sigma etc. Maintenance standardized work: action according to the HOS’ requirement (standardized work sheet etc), and self continuous development according to training system and sharing the experience.
