岗位职责： 1. 负责生物学实验方法的开发以协助多种新药的临床前药效鉴定； 2. 对文献报道进行归纳总结，做出方法开发的具体计划； 3. 负责酶学及蛋白结合/相互作用的相关实验，负责细胞系和原代细胞的培养及细胞活力和功能的检测。 4. 对实验结果进行分析总结，提交完整实验报告； 5. 负责研发项目实验方案设计和实施，SOP的建立和转移以及仪器的日常维护； 6. 参与团队建设与管理，提高项目完成效率。 岗位要求： 1. 免疫学，生化，细胞生物学等相关专业学士或硕士，拥有一到五年生物学实验的经验；职位级别及薪资待遇将根据候选人的工作经验及条件而定。 2. 拥有以下实际经验的候选人将被优先考虑：激酶活性检测；ELISA，MSD， HTRF等；细胞培养，流式细胞术，免疫组化，细胞增殖/凋亡实验等； 3. 有药物研发和高通量药筛方法开发经验者优先考虑； 4. 能够使用电脑、办公和专业分析软件(Powerpoint，Excel, Word及GraphPad等)； 5. 能够运用英语进行口语交流及书写； 6. 善于学习新的领域，乐于迎接新的挑战，责任心强，具备团队工作精神。 Bioassay Development Scientist Job functions: 1. Be responsible for development of biological assays for characterization of drug candidates for multiple disease indications; 2. Literature searching, information collection and assay proposal; 3. Perform cell-free assays (enzyme activity, protein binding/interaction etc.) and cell-based assays (cell line maintenance, primary cell isolation, cell survival, activation, downstream signaling etc.); 4. Data analysis and summarization. Reports preparation and presentation; 5. Be responsible for the development and implementation of designing and execution of experiments, SOP establishment, assay transfer and equipment maintenance; 6. Involved in team building and management to achieve higher efficiency. Requirements: 1. MS or BS in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology and related majors with 1-5 year experience on biological assays. Position level will vary depending on the candidate’s qualification and experiences; 2. Hand-on experience on following skill sets are highly desired: biochemical enzyme/kinase assays; ELISA, MSD, HTRF or related binding assays; cell culture, FACS, IHC, proliferation/apoptosis assays; 3. Experience on drug discovery and high-throughput assay development is plus; 4. Experience in Office and scientific software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and GraphPad etc.); 5. Good oral and written communications skills in English;
