Primary Job Function Make sure the PO & SO order handling smoothly and follow up closely, solve the abnormal situation of order handling in time and effectively. Monthly payment request to finance Make the distributor authorization and bidding materials process smoothly and take good documents and database.
Core Job Responsibilities Customer order operation, including purchase, entering, allocation, billing etc. in ERP system and filing. Arrange shipment from HK to domestic customers. Follow up customers' payment with support from Finance team. Payment request Maintain and update customer data files in systems. Respond to and proactively resolve complaints and concerns. Coordinate with relevant internal team. Prepare weekly report or other reports requested. Fulfill jobs assigned by line manager when needed. Responsible for the maintenance of BU registration certificate and supporting bidding materials, such as product first camp information, production enterprise authorization。 Responsible for the distributor hospital authorization process control and good record management; Responsible for sorting out and archiving screenshots of the historical listing prices and winning bid prices of provincial and municipal standards for BU Other operational support, such as stamping, data delivery, authorization support Position Accountability / Scope Indicate the reporting relationships, products, budgets, throughput, level of contacts (internal and external), or other scoping measures this job is responsible for. Be responsible for all AMD China order handling. 1st level line manager: Logistic/distributor supervisor, AMD China 2nd level line manager: National Commercial operations head, AMD China 3th level line manager: General Manager, AMD China
Minimum Education College degree or above.
Minimum Experience/Training Required Minimum 2 years' working experience in logistics or order/customer handling. Extensive knowledge and understanding of medical device management is preferred Strong data analysis and operation skill with order/customer handling, effective inter-personnel communication skill. Good command of English both in reading and written.
