-MC for China Magna welding consumables (main) with support for Omega & ZetaLube brands -Increasing the capability of Chinese distributors by periodically reviewing their performance to achieve effective sales actions. Provide training and impart knowledge to improve distributors’ technical ability and performance to generate new projects. -Analyze territories and develop both short and long-term plans with distributors with focus on key industries and applications for Magna welding. -Create convincing sales tools by using Magna / Omega Case Studies, Success Cases, Sales Kits and Demos’ and share with distributor sales agents & engineers and target customers in the China. -Submit monthly activity reports, T&E reports and/or other required information in a timely manner. -Develop a presence in the field through personal travel with all the distributor sales agents and engineers. Manage this travel within allotted budget and resources. -Promote, support and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: · BS degree or above in Material Science · Must have China welding license or can apply through examination (within 3 months of appointment) · Relevant sales experience would be an advantage · 60-70% travel required.
