初级装配技术员

Job Descriptions: 
  
A)  Responsible for mechanical, pneumatic, electric parts assembly base on specified work instruction or OMS.
  
按照制定的的作业指导书进行机械、气动、电路零件的组装装配。
  
B)  Implement assembled units function test according to W/I’s requirement. 
  
根据需要对组装件进行功能测试。
  
C)  Implement assembled unit protection and packing.
  
对组装件进行防护和包装
  
D)  Responsible for data collection, issue feedback.
  
负责对装配过程中的问题点的收集与反馈
  
E)  Follow production work arrangement, work shift, overtime, replacement etc to keep production schedule and product quality.
  
服从生产工作安排，换班，加班，调班等等，保障生产进度与产品品质。
  
F) Ensure all tools, equipment and jigs are used safely and correctly to prolong their life.
  
确保所有工具，设备和夹具安全和正确的使用，以延长其使用的寿命。
  
G) Responsible for correct implementation and continual practice of the 6S program to ensure a tidy, efficient workspace at any time.
  
执行和持续改进6S以确保随时有一个干净，有效的工作环境。
  
H) You will strictly adhere defined operating and assembly procedures as laid down within the Quality   Management System, Route card, Work Instructions, Test procedures and specifications. 
  
必需严格执行所制定的操作和组装程序，如：质量管理体系，工序卡，作业指导书，测试程序和规范。
  
I)  Anything undefined, uncertain issues or other problems please seek direct supervisor for help.
  
任何不明确和不确定的操作或其他问题找直接主管寻求帮助。
  
 
    
Work Experience:
  
Above 2 years assembling industrial products or parts.
  
两年以上工业产品组装经验
 
  
Other Qualifications
  
1. Familiar with machining parts, fabricated, sheet metal parts etc. Use electric & pneumatic tools 
  
  熟悉 机加工件,焊接,钣金件等.会使用电动气动工具.
  
3. Basic knowledge of English (simple mechanical English words).
  
  基础英语水平(简单的机械英语单词)
