1、负责绵阳工厂生产，确保每日生产及出货计划的及时达成,并为此作出合理之安排.

4、有效管控生产纪律及生产人员考勤,并对直接生产管理人员的培养和培训负责.
Effective control production discipline and attendance, take responsible for the training of direct production manage person.
5、对直接生产人员和管理人员绩效进行考核,激发员工生产积极性.
Assess the performance of direct production operators and manage leaders, Inspire employees' incentive to produce.
6、积极有效和各单位进行沟通达成生产各项指标并解决生产过程中发生的问题.
Active and effective to communicate with the other department to achieve all kinds of production targets, and resolve the happened issues.
要求：
1.熟练使用微软office软件.
Familiar to use Microsoft office software.
2.在工业企业有主管工作经验,对产品批量生产有深入的了解和丰富的经验.
In industrial enterprise supervisor work experience, to mass production products have in-depth understanding and rich experience.
3.有汽车或汽车零部件行业工作经验.
Auto or auto parts industry for at least one year work experience.
4.工业企业3年主管经验,汽车行业1年工作经验.
Industrial enterprise 3 years supervisor work experience, Auto parts industry 1 year work experience.
5.有处理问题的能力以及对故障的避免和排除具备专业技术知识.

6.熟悉精益生产,JIT,TPM,看板拉动式等生产管理方式,运用在日常管理中有效提高生产效率.
