Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplines. Have experience in insurance industry. Minimum 6 years hands-on experiences in industry/ business domain, relevant IT functional products and application, etc. Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update. Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams. Comprehensive knowledge of software development process, including software design and programming.
