岗位职责：Main Duties and Responsibilities:§  Responsible for building the prototype workshop§  Full responsibility of the daily operation including:-      Ensure the production process in terms of required quality and deadline.-      Cost calculation and control of overhead and production costs.-      Responsibility of process documentation-      Responsibility of quality management documentation (Flowchart, FMEA, control plan, inspection report etc.)-      Maintenance planning and monitoring of the implementation-      Environment, Health and safety (EHS)§  Prototype delivery follow up with the prototype department of EKT (German headquarter)§  Continuous improvement .任职要求：·       Completed degree (Bachelor) in the field of mechanical engineering or in a comparable field.·       At least two years of professional experience in industries include automotive or related industrial field with strong emphasis on Engineered Plastics manufacture.·       With rich experience of CNC-machine·       Experience and comfort in working within a fast-paced, international business environment·       Professional skills in organizational issues·       Good English language ability (spoken/written), German preferred·       Can work under pressure, self-motivated and independently to drive business to success·       Good communication skill and team working spirit
