高级材料测试工程师

主要职责:
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
1.       熟悉色谱分析行业的发展状况及发展趋势；
  
Know the current situation and development trend of chromatographic material.
  
2.       负责新产品的测试工作，认真高效的完成产品项目的实验操作，做好相关实验记录；
  
Responsible for new material testing, make efficient finish products experimental operation and experiment records
  
3.       独立方法开发能力，包括熟练使用样品前处理方法（固相萃取SPE操作等），掌握大型色谱检测仪器的使用方法（HPLC、LC-MS/MS、GC-MS等）；
  
Having the sample preparation method development skill, including the skills of sample preparation (e.g. SPE manipulation) and the instrumental analysis for chromatography, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, etc.;
  
4.       具有高度的责任心和良好的沟通能力、学习能力和动手能力；
  
High responsibility and good communication, learning and practice skills are required
  
5.       协助经理及其他研发人员，完成上级交给的其他工作；
  
Assist the manager and other developers, complete other work from superior.
  
 
  
任职要求：
  
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  
1.       应用化学、分析化学、有机合成或化学相关专业，本科及以上学历；
  
Application chemistry, analysis chemistry, organic synthesis, or related majors, bachelor degree or above.
  
2.       一年以上相关工作经验，可接受优秀毕业生；
  
At least one year related experience, acceptable for excellent graduates.
  
3.       热爱研发工作，具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力
  
Enthusiastic in research, have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
  
4.       较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神
  
Solid communication skills are required, and have teamwork spirit.
  
5.       英语听说读写良好；
  
Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 
  
6.       熟练使用OS办公软件，例如：Word、Excel、PowerPoint；
  
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
