岗位职责: 疫情防控期间暂不安排应聘人员到公司参加现场面试，我司将统一安排线上测试和线上面试，届时将有HR与您联系，感谢您的理解！ The Data and Analytics Team (D&A) provides a wide spectrum of services covering data management, big data discovery, management information & insights, campaign and customer contact management, digital analytics, risk management reporting, customer segmentation, customer analytics, etc. Globally, there are three Data and Analytics teams with two of them in India and one in Guangzhou, China. The latter primarily supports markets in the Asia Pacific Region. 1. Work together with team of developers, data scientists and business analysts to ensure best practices and scalability of products; 2. Perform EDA (exploratory data analysis), data wrangling, data cleansing and structuring in both structured and unstructured environment and transform raw data into consumable format; 3. Lead the discussion with developers & 3rd party partners, articulate data requirement from different front-end (mobile, tablet, PC, 3rd party) and co-solution on data capture, transfer and modeling; 4. Partner with IT to set up analytics environment to enable massive data processing and advanced analytics use case building; 5. Work with developers and testers on proper UAT implementation to ensure data consistency, integrity and consumability; independently design and build new prototypes of data products for large scale consumption; 6. Project Management: Ability to drive projects to execution by developing deliverables timelines and effectively managing stakeholders.
任职资格: 1. Advanced experience with big data backend such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Graph Database (neo4j); 2. Excel at least one popular data processing tools such as BigQuery, MySQL, NoSQL, mongoDB, Elasticsearch and so on; 3. Good understanding of REST or GraphQL API design and development. Excel at least one backend language, such as: Nodejs, python, Java and so on; 4.
