【Job Description】:
1-Familiar with the operation and management of Alibaba international station;
2-Understand customer demand information, effective tracking; have Good command of company products to answer customer's questions and implement problems via email, skype, Whatsapp etc.
3-Handle customer's enquiries, complaints and disputes properly, provide after-sales guidance and service, and maintain customer relations.
4-Proficient in using various network platforms to promote products, develop foreign customers, make sales plans and achieve sales targets;
5-Collect and analyze market situation and competitors situation; participate in making promotion and marketing strategy.
6-Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
*熟练运用外贸电子商务平台阿里巴巴国际站管理子账号；
*了解客户服务需求信息，进行有效跟踪， 熟练运用公司产品，解答客户提问并落实问题；
*妥善处理客户的询价、投诉与纠纷，做好售后指导和服务工作，维护客户关系；
*熟练运用各种网络平台,推广产品,开发国外客户，制定销售计划，完成销售目标；
*根据市场情况给上级做出市场调研和市场策略建议；
*完成领导安排的其他任务。
【Job Qualification】 :  
1) At least 1 year experience in handling Alibaba international account; relevant operation experience in consumer electronic products is preferred;
2) Bachelor degree or above; Better majoring in electronics; Fluent in both spoken and written English, Good communication skill;
3) Familiar with Alibaba platform operation rules, policies, operation mode and various marketing tools; make good use of promotion tools, and competent to operate stores independently;

1、至少具有1年以上阿里巴巴国际站管理操作经验，有相关消费类电子产品运营经验优先；
2、大专以上学历，电子学专业优先；流利的英语口语和书面表达能力，良好的沟通技巧；
3、熟悉Alibaba国际站平台运营规则、政策、操作模式、各种营销工具，并能熟练使用推广工具，能独立运营店铺能力;

【Benefit Package】
1-Basic Salary is around 6k per month, plus commission（based on personal ability and the sales target）;

4-Working hours: 09:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday.
