Accountant

Purpose of the job
    -          Investment control and fixed asset monitor
    -          Tax planning and reporting
    -          Establish and support the internal control Process in Tianjin plant, in accordance with the current internal  control requirement enforced by ZF Group.
Major accountabilities
    1.      Investment  and fixed asset
    1.1  Investment application and tracking of status
    1.2  Fixed asset record maintenance and capitalization
    1.3  Monitor depreciation and asset status
    2.      Tax
    2.1.  Tax planning
    Plan optimized tax scheme for company, lead HNTE or  other tax saving project.
    2.2.  Tax reporting
    Facilitate prompt and accurate tax reporting for  both Tianjin and Sheyang location.
    2.3.  Legal and governance support
    Coordinate legal related support with legal department.  Coordinate government related topics. 
    2. Internal Control
2.1. Supporting Corporate Internal Control
    
    Supporting Corporate  Internal Control in rolling out the Internal Control Process within Tianjin  plant.
    2.2. Translating Corporate Internal control  procedures
    
    Translating Corporate Internal control procedures  in local policy and practice within TIANJIN PLANT
2.3. Testing  on effectiveness of internal control
    
    For each process, internal control points have been  identified and it needs to be verified if in addition other control points are  present within TIANJIN PLANT. The testing on the effectiveness of the internal  controls need to be done on a recurring time and underlying documentation and  flow charts need to be updated.
2.4. Define and follow up on the action plans resulting from the internal  control
Define and follow up  on the action plans resulting from the internal control.
            Where necessary the  internal controller will help implement changes.

 -            Strong technical skills: Microsoft Excel and SAP 
7       Expertise
 -           Bachelor's    degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field 
 -           6-8 years relevant    experience within corporate finance performing similar duties above
