Requirement / 任职要求 Education: - Bachelor Degree or equal Educational level - Major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Production Management Computer Literate: - Minimum 3years ERP-system user experience with global ERP-system (preferably BaaN or SAP) - Experienced Microsoft Office -Excel user - Preferably experiencce with planning modules besides ERP-system Main Tasks & Responsibilities /主要工作职责 Job Scope: - Main responsible for customer deliveries from order launch to availability for shipment - To create and maintain overall System Planning to meet the customer delivery requirements - Balance System Planning in line with available capacity and customer requirement to enable parts planning - Sales Order Acceptance; Planning and Management - Order release (both PRP and MRP purchasing/production orders) - Leading CFT-team member - First escalation point for planning issues with impact to customer delivery schedule - Support Program manager on cycle time reduction and material exposure reduction program. Tasks: - System Production planning is pulling VDL ETG’s value chain and shall be balanced by System Planner in line with available capacity and customer requirements - Sales Order Planning, receive and activate projects launched by S&P - Judge feasibility of customer orders based on capacity and lead-time - Timely feedback confirmation date or best delivery date for new launched projects, System Planner is the owner of giving feedback and clear commitment on delivery dates to S&P - Actively engage PM on demand changes and impact on Systems Planning - Actively track and re-schedule orders, managing backlog hours continuously - Continuously checking availability and shortages for planned System’s orders; indicate in early stage which items are potentially delaying system planning and mitigate risks with parts planners or purchasers - In close cooperation with Systems department manager, determine needs for OT if re-planning is not possible anymore to ensure delivery on commitment - Monitor progress of order fulfillment process, Identify possible risks and impact in material planning when change occurs and communicate to Program Managers in early stage - Taking lead to confirm re-scheduling actions, through the re-scheduling process procedure - Actively participate in CFT meetings, be the right hand for the PM with regards to delivery on commitment - Lead ramp up/down situations in close cooperation with PM - Confirm PRP/MRP purchase and production orders for timely availability to start System Planning on time - Engage Parts and Purchasing to ensure timely availability to start Systems Planning on time - Execute and manage material transfer administration, and Material borrowing and returning - Drive logistics administration maintenance in Baan: Transfers, Rescheduling, Cancellations, Folder and Project closing. - Monitor logistics static (i.e.EOQ) and dynamic (i.e. dates) parameters and data. - Lead material flow improvement program. i.e. Kanban, Material issue - Support Program manager on ECO execution for order/inventory status and delivery schedule impact. - Support Program manager on quick response actions to recover the delivery schedule. - Support Program manager on cycle time reduction and material exposure reduction program. - Develop appropriate monitoring tools and techniques to improve planning effectiveness and efficiency. - Fulfill the requirements for any related works assigned by company.
