Requirement: - Bachelor / University degree (Business science, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics). - Team player Main Tasks & Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with customer to ensure forecast / purchase order arrive in time. 2. Support program manager / account manager to maintain PTW (plan to win), 3. PO acknowledgment, initiate orders, margin simulation, drive delivery schedules with internal organization. 4. Data management related to customers (portal); 5. Analysis forecast trend chart & PO pull in /push out. 6. Arrange the delivery per aligned schedule, including RMA, repair deliveries. 7. Maintain standard sales documents per company procedure and ISO compliance. 8. Other support functions assigned by program Manager & account manager.
