Work with Stakeholder to sort out business processes and identify key nodes of processes. Able to make clear business capability mapping. Leverage own business understanding and technical knowledge to influence stakeholders, reject requirements or simplify the process and lead stakeholders to make our digital product better to use and generate more business value. Interface with product/project/application manager and developers, requirements during development, cooperate with testing, bug tracking and on-site implementation Focus on system data flow and data structure design Analyze the HCP Behavior data with Service manager and productor owner. Provide System Iteration Proposal based on analytics and practical experience of the industry Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor Experience & knowledge: At least 3+ years of work experience in Technical BA Role Solid requirement collection & analyze experience Good facilitation, customer service, relationship building and communication skills. Experience having worked in matrix organization that includes demonstrating strong influencing and collaborative skills across multiple teams and many stakeholders. Detail oriented; strong analytical skills & organizational skills. Problem management skills. Good PPT skill, excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate complex analysis with business in a clear and actionable manner. Ability to influence effectively without authority.
