职位描述：
· 留学生海归管培生计划是公司培养后备管理人才的重要项目，吸纳具备优秀潜质的留学生海归人才加入，并为其提供有力的发展支持。
· 培训生入职后参与具有挑战性的工作以及高强度的在职培训，熟悉公司各项业务运作流程，掌握相关专业知识，培养建立良好的职业素养，从而快速成长为公司的骨干力量。
任职资格：
· 本科及以上学历，1~3年工作经验，可接受条件优秀的应届生
· 具有较强的沟通协调能力、分析能力、快速学习能力及团队协作能力
· 具有优秀的英语听说读写能力，有海外留学或工作背景优先
· 责任心和进取心强，愿意接受挑战，能够适应快节奏的工作环境
· 对求职咨询及留学咨询行业感兴趣，愿意与公司共同成长
· 愿意从基层岗位做起，具有良好的综合素质和培养潜力
