海归客户经理KAM

职位描述：
· 接待客户，结合专业知识，为客户提供求职咨询服务
· 了解客户需求，为客户提供有针对性的服务推荐并促成签约
· 及时反馈客户需求和问题，为服务的改进和客户体验的提升提供建议
· 参加专业培训与交流，提高咨询服务专业水平
· 协助和参与市场部的广告宣传，市场推广和项目活动策划
任职资格：
· 本科及以上学历，具有人力资源、招聘、猎头、教育培训或留学咨询行业经验，优秀应届生可放宽条件
· 英语熟练，无障碍阅读英文资料，海归优先
· 普通话标准流利，优秀的沟通和表达能力，服务意识强
· 善于自我激励并严于律己，可承受较大工作压力
· 学习能力和解决问题能力强，热爱教育咨询行业

Principal Responsibilities:
· Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions
· Provide consulting service to clients
· Reach and exceed sales targets
· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
· Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above with customer-facing work experience in human resource/headhunting/training/consulting industry
· Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English communication skills
· Open minded, well-organized and eager to learn new skills
· Sales oriented and target driven attitude
· Commitment to customer service
· Overseas study or working experience is highly preferred
