Major Accountabilities: Develop sales & distrbution channel of Transmission 3R (Repair,Rebuild and Reman) markets Inputs for the development of sales and distribution strategies Initiate customer requirements and generate potential Transtec business Understand customer requirements and generate potential Transtec business Decelop solutions to customer requirements Sales of all Transtec products Achieve dedicated sales and profit targets Handing of customer inquiries Offer preparation,presentation and negotiation Initiate, coordinate and execute sales projects up to the start of serial production Provide forecast manage order in-take and monitor delivery performance of dedicated customers Monitor and acoid overdue payment, work with SCM to reduce long-term dead inventory Submitting all reports as implemented inside sales department on time Perform other tasks assigened by superior Person Requirement: 5year's or more work experience in automotive industry, at least 3 years' business development or sales experience in aftermarket sector Profound experience in aftermarket channel development of automotive industry is highly preferred Good product and application knowledge of sealing products will be a plus Work experience on Driveline, Transmission or H/E Power steering in OEM/OES is preferred Good know how of local market and local customer expectations Good technical understanding Ability to manage relationships including continuous establishment of new contacts to develop market intelligence Sensitive to market information, ability to communicate through various channels to develop market intelligence Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Good working structure : plan visits, bring necessary tools, cimmunicate , stick to targets, arrange follow-up visits, complete open actions, time management and work-load management Responsible and reliable Service mind-set, flexibility, never give-up and always eager to learn new know ledge Demonstrated work ethic-result oriented, self-driven and highly self-motivated
