岗位职责: 部门概括:客服服务中心的北美市场部,通过提升客户服务质量优化销售业绩。 1. Ensures effective distribution and delivery of sales performance in contact centre to optimise sales performance; 2. Provides high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query, and mentors peers to achieve the same; 3. Listens to the customer and establishes needs to offer relevant products, services and solutions; 4. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution; 5. Responsible for achieving individual KPI whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities.
任职资格: 1. Sales management and revenue driven experience, contact center experience would be a plus; 2. Fluent English capability to deal with business partners based in different regions; 3. Strong risk awareness to ensure the process is operated complied to the policy of the bank; 4. Able to manage multiple tasks and processes in an appropriate manner under high pressure; 5.
