安全信息员

岗位要求：
a) General English in writing and verbal communication is required for 4 people. 其中4人需具备基本的英文听说读写能力。
b) All people must be able to pass TI Medical and Hazmat physical performance test. 所有人须持有消防资格上岗证和化学品操作证。
c) Chemical operation licenses are required for all individuals. 所有人员须熟悉基本的电脑操作和办公软件使用
岗位职责：
a. Monitor security system, respond alarm and conduct investigation for security violations. 安防系统监控，报警响应和安保违规事件的调查。
b. Be responsible for corporate badge making and access permit issuance. 公司识别证制作和权限开放
c. Perform event notification and communication according to TI standard and local requirement.  根据德州仪器标准和地方要求执行意外事件通报和沟通。
d. Perform site keys and security permit management like parking pass, and camera license.负责工厂钥匙和安保相关许可管理。
e. Respond to all emergency calls, spills, odors, fires, smoke, life safety systems, elevator entrapments, water leaks, etc. Perform mitigation activities to minimize impact to personnel, facilities and the environment.  响应各种意外事件，泄露，异味，火灾，冒烟，生命安全系统报警，电梯事故，漏水等， 执行应急活动以减小意外事件对人员，建筑设施和环境的影响。
f. As initial incident commander, Lead ERT to respond emergencies like fire, chemical/gas spill, odor etc.
作为事故初期的事故指挥官， 领导紧急应变小组对各类意外事件进行相应如火灾，气体泄露，异味等。
g. Perform PM on security and emergency equipment and maintain inventory to ensure a readiness of site emergency. 对安保和紧急应变器材和物资进行定期维护。
h. Support to security guards supervision and portal management. 协助对安保警卫进行监管和巡检管理。
i. Perform routine inspection in Sub-Fab to find the potential safety risk or abnormal situation in time. Record the findings and follow up improvement actions. 执行无尘室日常巡检，及时发现潜在的安全风险 或异常状况， 记录缺失并追踪改善。
j. Support to emergency evacuation, ERT training and drill.  协助紧急疏散，紧急应变小组培训和演习。
