Operations Finance Manager 2015Weekly Hours: 40.00 Job Summary Operations Finance is looking for someone to support the capital equipment and tooling management area. This area is key to the manufacturing of enno's innovative products. The ideal candidate would be able to balance the day to day management of the area as well as be heavily involved in process and policy development. Key Qualifications The ideal candidate would have most of the following requirements and skills: ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, CPA or MBA ideal. 7+ years professional work experience. Hands-on Financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.Collaborative; able to build consensus and drive valuable meetings among cross-functional teams. Demonstrated analytical and logic abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty. Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level. Ability to analyze strategic and procurement agreements to support financial diligence and risk management. Consistent focus on training and improving existing processes. ? Demonstrated experience managing process and system development and implementation. ? Demonstrated experience facilitating business requirements between Finance & IT. ? Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.The following would be a plus: ? Demonstrated database experience ? Audit experience ? Previous experience within a multinational company. ? Experience with integrated accounting systems (SAP). ? Experience working with Auditors and Technical Accounting matters. ? Experience working with Legal and Tax. Description Roles and responsibilities for this position, with support of financial analysts, include the following: Work with Operations to set and monitor Capital equipment budgets for current & future products. This includes thorough analysis, understanding and challenging of the assumptions supporting the respective budgets. ? Drive monitoring and reporting of purchases against budgets to Operations and Finance business partners. ? Forecast the acquisition and depreciation of the purchases over multiple quarters. ? Help drive the accounting close to ensure that assets and related liabilities are properly recorded. Review, change and develop accounting policies. Review strategic capital and tooling related deals to ensure financial diligence. ? Work with management and Technical Accounting on emerging issues. ? Contribute in process reengineering of the area, including development of a new system. ? Interact with all levels (from analyst to Executive VPs) and departments (such as other Finance groups, or IS&T, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Planning etc.). Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, CPA or MBA ideal
