Job description:
Event manager
Tasks:
?             Build up client base, relation management
?             Make sales
?             Organize and execute events with team
?             Manage promotion for events and work with design team to get design support
?             Attend networking events
?             Develop new sales activities
?             Promotion activities
?             Event concept development
?             Build reseller network for event related products and services
Skills:
?             Fluency in Mandarin, reading and writing (from Chinese or foreign descent)
?             Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing
?             Proven sales & negotiation skills in the field of events, or F&B
?             Proven networking skills
?             Have your own existing client/reseller base is an advantage
Salary:
?             Commission based with a base salary

Basic salary:       RMB 4500,-
Commission:      2,5% on event sales (event sales, possible product sales on event)
Additional:         daily lunch, social benefits
Probation period: 3 months
Probation commission: 1500,- (for 6 months or until commission on sales is more in one month)

?            为活动相关产品和服务构建分销商网络

技能要求:
?            普通话流利，且读写能力优秀
?            英文流利，且优读写能力优秀
?            在策划活动或者在餐饮方面具有销售经验和谈判技巧
?            善于人际交往
?            具有客户资源或者分销商者优先
?
薪酬:
?            底薪加提成
?
?
薪酬福利:
基本工资:      4500元
提成:          项目销售额的2.5%（销售项目，也可能是产品销售）
额外福利:      午餐补贴，五险一金
?
试用期:     三个月
试用期提成:    1500元 (为期６个月，或者当一个月的销售提成超过1500元则按实际计算)
