Educate users of the Quality Gate Method HARD SKILL 1. 3-5 years’ experience of work within the areas of quality control and quality assurance 2. Technical background with a holistic way of working in order to define goals related to deployment and quality 3. Good understanding of operations for example within ITIL, agile development and the deployment process 4. Experience of working within large IT landscapes SOFT SKILL 1. Strong drive and takes initiative 2. Fluent in English & Mandarin 3. Knows the importance of building cross functional relationships with both internal/external partners and vendors 4. Communication and presentation skills 5. Can take lead in activities 6. Open, social and knows the value of networking
