Quality Manager

工作描述：
1. Responsible for the whole process of quality management, quality assurance and monitoring product quality;
负责公司全过程的质量管理、质量保证，产品监控和产品的质量；
2. Establish and improve the quality system, organize all quality management work;
建立和完善公司的质量体系，并组织实施所有与质量管理相关的工作；
3. Responsible for setting up internal communication and implementation of quality targets and principles;
负责建立内部沟通并实现质量目标和原则；
4. Set up product quality inspection standards, product feedback , quality statistics and processes;
制定产品质量检验标准、产品质量信息反馈、质量的数据统计和流程；
5. Responsible for the continuous improvement of product quality;
负责产品质量的持续改进；
6. Responsible for contacting internal staff for APQP and PPAP files, audit PPAP documents submitted by suppliers. Responsible for supplier audits;
??负责联系内部相关人员准备APQP文件和PPAP文件以及对供应商提交的PPAP文件的审核.负责供应商审核；
7. Assist work together with other department (After sales, Purchase) to analyze customer complaints, and propose the improvement measures;
协助其他部门（如售后、采购）一起分析客户投诉，并提出改进措施；
8. Responsible for the organization of the quality management system and quality control training, including necessary internal communication ;
负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训，包括保持必要的内部沟通；
9. Prove trainings for quality management, responsible for personnel development of quality dept. and quality standards at KVC;
提供质量管理培训，负责质量部门人员的发展和康唯特的质量标准；
10.Complete other jobs ordered.
完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. Above undergraduate majoring engineering or related profession
理工类或相关专业大专以上学历
2. Trained in quality management (internal auditor TS16949)
受过质量管理等方面的培训
3. Over 5 years experience in quality management in a related industry
5年以上质量管理经验
4. Master TS16949 quality management system
精通TS16949质量管理体系
5. Be familiar with SPC, FMEA, 6sigma, QC 7 tooling
熟悉SPC,FMEA , 6sigma, QC7大工具
6. Good ability to communicate in Chinese and English
具有良好的中英沟通、表达能力
7. Good at MS office software and ERP system
熟练使用 MS Office 和 ERP软件
8. Have good quality management ability, communication ability, the analysis judgment ability
有良好的品质管理能力、沟通能力、分析判断能力
9. With strong power of observation and strain capacity
具有较强的观察力和应变能力
