Principal Accountabilities 主要职责： 1. New automation line evaluation and qualification新设备的评估和鉴定.2. Setup new automation line in the plant and commissioning新生产线设备在工厂的安装调试.3. Fix the problem on line quickly to meet down time target and running production smoothly快速解决在线设备问题以满足目标时间及生产的稳定运行. 4. Work with team to improve equipment functions for the reduction of machine down time and spare part cost团队合作提高设备功能,减少停机时间和零件成本.5. Spare part management配件管理. 6. Strictly follow equipment maintenance schedule to keep automation line always in good condition.严格按照设备保养计划来进行自动线设备维护保养，确保自动线在好的状态.7. Design mistake-proof device to reduce the customer complaint and scrap设计访错装置减少客户投诉及报废. 8. Job safety analysis/assessment and eliminate potential safety risk工作安全分析/评估及消除潜在的安全风险； Job Requirement 岗位要求： 1. College or above degree in Automation, meter and instrument过程自动化或仪表专业大专及以上学历.2. Background in mechanical, automation, electrical and electronic engineering principles with at least 5 years working experience in relative fields;拥有机械，自动化、电气及电子工程背景至少5年经验.3. Strong capability for consistent working independently;有较强的独立工作能力.4. Be familiar with main brands for DCS, PLC and all kinds of automation control device. Ability to use software to develop control system.熟悉主流品牌DCS、PLC及各种自控系统，能够使用监控软件进行系统开发.5. Understand the principle and using for oversea/local brand pressure, flow, valves, analytical meter or instrument,了解进口/国产差压、压力、流量、分析仪、调节阀等工业仪表原理及使用.6. Be familiar with low voltage electrical control, high voltage secondary control system, and intelligent control system. 熟悉低压电气控制和高压二次系统，熟悉智能控保装置.7. having experience for developing middle or above type automation line is a prior asset有独立完成中型以上自动线开发项目经验的优先考虑
