岗位职责：1.Work flexibly to support R&D. Perform daily physical/chemical analysis, report and record test results according to the present procedure; strictly follow the experimental step defined by R&D scientist.多方面支持研发部工作开展。按照现有的流程，完成物化测试及相关实验。2.Management of materials in lab. Calibrate and assist for the maintenance of all lab equipment and apparatus; Write new working instruction for new methods and procedures as discussed with supervisor.管理实验室。保证实验室仪器及设备的有序运行。3.Maintain high standard of housekeeping in the laboratory, consumable and experimental material purchasing to ensure the usual operation of lab, Samples receive and delivery.保证实验室的整洁。采购消耗品，收发快递等。4.Ensures the responsible area to fulfill the rules of Quality and Safety of Tarkett.一切行动应遵循Tarkett相关的质量及安全准则。任职要求：1.Education and Working experience: Associate degree or technical school with chemical technology major or knowledge and a creative mind is plus. 0-3 year’s lab experience and lab maintenance. Workable English skills. Windows and Office大专及相应技术学院毕业，具有化学相关知识背景，善于创新。0-3年的实验室维护工作经验。英文可以满足日常工作需要，熟练运用相关Office软件。2.Personality: good communication and team work, with passion to work in lab environment, willing to learn and grow on multi-national platform.善于沟通，团队协助，热爱实验室环境，积极好学，适应外企工作文化。
