Job Summary:This position will work with manager of Sales and Marketing to support Byrne Asia sales activities to develop and support market and sales. Responsibilities include sales development and support, projects management, new market development and support, daily customer services, and other related tasks. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements: • New and emerging market development and support • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans, explore and define target markets and customers • Stay up-to-date on current market trends (competition and market changes) • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals • Project management • Provide sales action plans and feedback • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team—provide motivation and inspiration • Recommend improvements in process, products, services, and all related competitive developments • Facilitate customer visits to Byrne Asia Skills/Experience Required: • 1+years’ of applicable experience in sales and marketing • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese • Mechanical or electrical product design is must • Understandwestern culture and working environment • Project management experience is a must • Familiar with office future or interior design is a plus • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity Education Requirements: • Must hold a BS insales or marketing or related field, Master’s degree preferred Physical Requirements: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
