JOB SUMMARY职位总述:Provide on time service to AA customers including managing sales orders and customer relation.给埃尔泰克亚洲公司的客户提供及时服务,以及负责销售订单及客户关系。SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职位细则(工作职责及责任):1) Responsible for imported materials and other goods declare from the Chinese custom and delivery. 负责进口材料业务及其它进口货物的清关及提货2) Communicate with overseas customers related to shipments.就相关货物发运情况与海外客户联系3) Coordinate Operation to make shipping plan.协调运作部制定发货计划4) Prepare packing lists, set up shipping record.编制箱单,建立发货档案4) Supervise and check packing with the packing list to keep the contents and the Paper consistency.以箱单为基础,监督、核对装箱工作,保证内容与文件一致5) Coordinate with QA, check the quality of packing according to export packing Procedure.与质量保证部配合,根据出口包装程序检查包装质量6) Responsible for inland delivering and transportation of the shipments(Including renting the trucks etc.)负责货物的内陆发运和运输包括车辆的租用等8) Distribute weekly/monthly shipping and booking reports分发每周/每月发货和预约定单报告9) Coordinate with shipping Co., to ship by air or ocean.与运输商协调海、空货运业务10) Able to use Navision system.能够掌握Navision系统。11) Performs other jobs and tasks as required by management.根据要求协助其他工作。2/2EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS教育/经验要求:1. College degree要求大学文凭和进出口经验2. Knowledge of English要求有英语知识3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese要求有较好的中英文读写能力4. Good attendance record.良好的出勤记录5. Team member, good listener, positive attitude .团队精神,良好的聆听意识,积极的态度。6. Basic computer skill.基本电脑知识。
