1. Responsible for doing documents for import/export/ on customs declaration and destination clearance. 2. Approve all bookings from vendors and receive documents and update PO qtys prior to IDC receiving. 3. Manage consolidation of non china origin shipments and Re-write inbound shipping instructions for the IDC. 4. Make and update documentation process on regularly basis if need to make sure meeting the latest customs policy or destination country clearance requirement. 5. Contact with customers broker and officer to ensure customs declaration process within lead-time. 6. Maintain the Customs system stock with 100% accuracy. 7. Inbound and Outbound Forecast co-ordination from all markets. 任职要求： 1. Familiar with import/export process, especially BLP operation process. 2. 2 years working experiences in declaration / freight forwarding / BLP operation. 3. Experience in BLP or FTZ is preferred. 4. Effective Communication skills on verbal and written English. 5. Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). 6. Can work overtime and under pressure. 本公司会提供到6号线的班车。
