1. 客户质量Customer Quality 1) 与客户保持密切联系,确保质量信息及时传递。Keep good relationship with customer, ensure quality information transfer quickly and timely. 2) 协助UAP经理、SQA经理对客户投诉按照佛吉亚QRCI流程在规定的时间内完成各节点内容 Assistant UAP Manager、SQA Manager resolving customer complaint using Faurecia QRCI process and complete all the actions accordingly. 3) 负责控制计划的更新和定期评审,确保与FEMA和现场控制文件一致 Review and update Control Plan and ensure consistent with FEMA and on-site documents. 4) 对现场落实的改进措施定期巡查 Audit the implemented improving actions in each process. 5) 确保客户投诉和改进行动及时更新到佛吉亚QSS系统 Ensure customer complaint and improving actions update into Faurecia QSS system. 6) 参与对供应商过程审核 Participate in supplier audit process. 7) 负责与向客户提交PPAP有关的事宜Have responsibility for PPAP submit to customer. 8) 负责管理设立在客户处的质量墙 Manage the Quality Wall in customer site. 9) 客户审核的协调和后续改进的跟踪 Coordinate customer audit and track the improvement actions. 10) 牵头分析售后退回件的分析和行动计划以增加顾客满意度并减少售后费用 Lead analysis following warranty returns in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty cost. 2. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions 1) 遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册 Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations\Ethics\Values\Employee handbook of the company. 2) 协调公司内部解决发生在客户工厂的物流事故,技术事故及质量事故等 Cooperate with other department to deal with the problem happened in Customer Plant about Logistics,, Technical or Quality… 3) 保证和直属经理的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with Line Manager 4) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作 Others temporary job given by Line Manager
