维修技术员

1. 日常维修 Assure daily maintenance
1) 根据技术人员设计图纸和要求，制作工位器具，工具等 Making line equipment according to the drawing and requirements of technician
2) 为现场生产服务，及时完成日常纠正性维修（以厂房、办公设施为主） Carry on the corrective maintenance daily, service for production
2. 设备保养 Equipment maintenance
1) 按照计划进行一级保养和二级保养 Execute the maintenance Level 2, and supervise the Level 1
2) 生产线巡查，及时发现操作者对设备的不良操作，制止并反馈到设备工程师 Check and find the wrong equipment operation of operator on time, and feedback to Equipment Engineer.
3) 进行或协助供应商进行设备大修（三级维护） Work on or assist the contractor to implement maintenance Level 3
3. 设备维修及备件管理 Equipment Maintenance and spare parts Management
1) 遵守维修程序，填写维修记录和备件使用记录等 Follow the maintenance procedure and all attached records
2) 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训 Assist the contractor to install the  equipments, to be the trainee for operation and maintenance
3) 协助设备工程师进行设备验收 Assist to complete the acceptation of new equipments
4) 协助GAP小组合理化建议中对设备的合理化改造 Assist GAP to make continuous improvement at improvement idea.
5) 协助编制一、二级维护指导书和设备安全操作指导书 Assist the supervisor to make the instructions for maintenance level 1, level 2 and safety
6) 协助编制设备备件清单 Assist the supervisor to make the equipment list
4. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册 Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations/Ethics/Values/Employee handbook of the company.
2) 保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent and timely communication with Dept, Manager and other staff
3) 部门经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Dept, Manager
