法语客服 French Customer Service 岗位职责 Responsibilities 1、用法语与客户进行电话、邮件; 2、为我们客户提供查询、运输及包裹快递咨询; 3、处理产品零件的更换、换货及维修; 4、处理客户的具体要求及投诉; 5、协助客户完成订购流程; 6、回答特定产品的客户要求。 1、Customer service via phone, e-mail in French; 2、Support of our customers from offer enquiry, shipping, and parcel delivery; 3、Processing requests for replacement parts, exchanges, or repairs; 4、Handling specific customer requests and complaints; 5、Assisting customers with the ordering processes; 6、Answering product-specific customer enquires. 任职要求 Qualifications 1、精通法语读写,有海外留学或工作经验优先; 2、了解我们的产品同时对电子商务行业感兴趣; 3、熟练应用办公软件; 4、具有一定的客户支持及客户咨询方面工作经验; 5、具有优秀的客户服务沟通技巧及书写能力。 1、Excellent knowledge of the French language in both spoken and written, teaching experience will be preferred; 2、Internet affinity as well as an interest in our product range and in new developments in the area of e-commerce; 3、Competent in working with all common office-programs; 4、Experienced in customer support and customer advisory service; 5、Excellent customer service oriented communication skills, as well as style of writing.
