Requirements: 1. College or universty graduate; 2. At least 3 years working experience in charge of product development; 3. Proficiency in spoken and written English , Knowledge on Japanese is a plus; 4. Preferable having experience/knowledge on plastic injection; 5. Familiar with office microsoft ware; 6. A good communication adn coordination skills; 7. Resolve customer complaints. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, organize and monitor the product development process in house; 2. Lead team to complete project on time, Work as a contact window to deliver information between sourcing and manufacturing department; 3. Source and purchase new components; 4. Seek and develop new and qualified suppliers/ backup suppliers; 5. Seek opportunity to lower cost and implement cost reduction requests; 6.
