Main Responsibilities: 1. Defective good passing and handling between Merchandising Department, Sales Department and suppliers. 2. Data input in Project Mangemenet and CRM system, for example Projetx. 3. Daily operation. Internal document and administration handling. 4. To support and coordinate with others for internal/external work. 5. Fulfill some outstanding tasks assigned by sales manager and project manager. Position Requirements: 1. College or University Degree. English/IT major is prefered. 2. Min 1 year relevant working experience, in software outsource is prefered. 3. Ability to communicate in English in both written and oral. 4. PC software skill, MS office skill required, particularly Excel. Typing skill. ERP system knowledge. 5. Attention to details; Planning & Organizing; Results Orientation; Accountability; Self Management; Honest, initiative and positive. Enthusiastic in learning; Hard working, good responsibility; Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Team player and able to work independently when required; Good presentation. 6. CAT Tools skills required, particularly Trados, SDLx, Catalyst, Transit, Passolo, etc; 7. Willing to work overtime when needed; Thinking and working logically and carefully;
