岗位职责: Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors 2. Source for candidates using various channels including cold calling 3. Conduct phone interviews and personal interviews with qualified candidates; 4. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database: 5. Manage candidates’ expectation and whole recruitment process 6. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates 7. Prepare for candidate before interview with client to increase successful ratio 8. Keep effective communication with clients if needed 9. Build good relationship with candidates 10.To develop new customers, and training new people Job Requirements 1. diploma’s degree or above 2.1 year at least or above recruitment experience; both in-house background and 3rd party background is considerable, Better having know-how of IT/FMCG/Bannk 3. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 4.
