Job Description: 职位描述： Master all the feature of KN's operation system, CIEL 精通公司CIEL操作系统； Prepare the shipping documents such as BAL B/L, FCR, etc via KN's operation system for customer in time and with good quality 通过KN操作系统及时高效制作海运文件，如海单，提单，货物凭据等； Listen to and also understand the individual requirement from clients and use the correct concept of the theory of all kinds of shipping documents to accommodate client's demand 善于倾听/理解客户要求，正确填制海运文件； Follow the required procedure for the issuing of KN's internal documents,e.g., KN invoice as accurate as possible and arrange all kinds of statistics if necessary 严格遵循KN要求，准确使用内部流转文件/开具发票，并做好相应统计/登记工作； To cooperate with the operation staffs as well as the related departments like accounting dept to complete the whole job smoothly 与海运操作及其他部门相关人员紧密合作，以保证日常工作顺利开展； Requirement: 职位要求: College degree and above 大专及以上学历,英语良好; Basic knowledge regarding to the international trading or forwarding(preferred only) 具备国际贸易/货代相关知识的优先考虑； Good command of typing skill and MS office application 中英文录入速度快，熟练使用微软办公软件； (请在简历中注明毕业院校名及毕业年份)
