Job Responsibilities ? Monitoring of userids/disks and the availability of applications ? Problem management ? Change management ? Administration of user/application ID’s ? Participate in conference calls ? Create reports ? Testing of new applications/VM releases etc ? Maintain documentation (maintain knowledge and procedures) Job Requirements (skills/experiences) ? Experience with Windows or one flavour of Linux ( Red Hat, SUSE , etc ? Basic computer literacy including exposure to Office tools ? Experience in a process driven environment ? Knowledge of TCP/IP ?
