Warehouse operation management 1.to manage major operational areas in the warehouse by shifts; 2.to be responsible for general warehouse planning, including planning for stock placement, warehouse section allocation, stock keeping requirements, etc; to ensure timely completion of plans; 3.to be responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels; 4.to communicate and coordinate with Customer Service personnel and make timely updates of working plans according to their requirements; 5.to prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movements and general matters; 6.to perform all tasks including those of an administrative nature by the superior Team Management 1.To hold daily moring meetings; to create and maintain a harmonious working atmosphere and fully maneuver staff positivity; 2.to be fully responsible for training warehouse team members and improve team productivity continuously; 3.to conduct performance evalutation of warehouse team memebers; 4.to take part in the recruitment activities of warehouse team members; Quality control and continuous improvement 1.to assist with warehouse operation manager for quality control and continuous improvement; 2.to put into effect the regulated 5S week, safety week, SOP week. etc 3.to propose to warehouse operation manager continuous improvement schemes; 4.to conduct the cost saving within the team Knowledge: 1.good English 2.sound knowledge of Ms office 3.familiar with WMS management 4.more than 3 years warehouse operation management experience; 5.college degree or above Attitude 1.a matured professional with positive attitude; 2.oriented 3.experienced and ability to work under multi-cultural and high pressure working enviroment Skill: 1.leadership 2.interpersonal 3.commuication 4.analyses and judgement 5.good team building skills
