一、岗位职责 (Job Responsibility): 1、 根据集团发展战略,制定公司市场营销战略和业务发展规划; ?2、 根据国内及非洲市场发展状况,研究和制定有针对性的市场营销策略(产品策略、渠道策略、价格销策),完成公司的销售目标; ?3、 做好品牌规划和品牌建设; ?4、 全面构建、优化和完善公司营销管理体系,监督、指导国内外营销部工作; ?5、 管理和培养一支有战斗力的营销团队,提升销售团队的销售技能与综合素质; ?6、 管理和引导经销商团队,建立并维护良好的客户关系; ?7、结合市场反馈,对全程物流产品不断优化,保持市场竞争力。 1. Based on the Group development strategy, build up the company marketing strategy and business development plan 2. According to domestic and African market developing status, set up corresponding marketing strategy (products strategy, channel strategy, pricing strategy), to achieve the company sales budget 3. Carry out comprehensive brand planning and building 4. Improve marketing management system, and provide guidance to domestic and Africa marketing colleagues 5. Set up a combat-worthy sales & marketing team with continuous training and coaching,help the team to improve working skills and ability 6. Enhance customer relationship maintenance 7. Closely follow up withmarketfeedback, need to further optimize totallogistics products to keep leading competitiveness 二、 任职要求 (Position requirements): ?1、基本要求:30-35岁;本科及以上学历,市场营销及相关专业毕业;身体健康; ?2、性格特点:富有激情与活力、充满自信;目标导向型风格; 3、工作经验:熟悉中非海运,5年以上销售经验及3年以上销售管理经历; ?4、知识技能:熟悉全程物流的销售模式,具备较强的业务规划与运营能力、沟通及谈判能力、数据分析能力和团队管理能力; 5、 工作地点上海,愿意接受国内和国际出差。 1. Basic requirements: 30-35 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related, good health 2. Characteristics of personality: passion, energetic, self-confidence, target oriented management style 3. Working experiences: familiar with Sino-Africa trade lane,at least 5 years in sales & marketing industry, and 3 years management position, 4. Knowledge and skills: familiar with supply chain management (SCM) sales mode, strong capability in business planning and execution, good at communication,business negotiation, data analysis and team management 5. Working place is located in Shanghai, willing to have domestic and overseas trips
