CS主管

1) 以苏州为中心负责中科飞测全国范围内的业务，包括半导体前道，先进封装阶段wafer缺陷检测；2) 与研发人员紧密配合，完成设备DEMO，设计改进，以及客户定制化要求；3) 领导帮助5-7位CS客户服务工程师，现场或远程解决问题；4) 总结客户端问题，预防问题重复发生；5) 提供组织团队内部学习交流，提炼出最优方案。任职要求： 1) 有半导体前道或先进封装检测设备5年以上工作经验； 2) 光学,物理学,材料科学本科学历，研究生学历优先考虑； 3）能够带领团队工作经验者优先考虑。Responsibility 1) CS team leader based on Suzhou， is responsible for providing supoport of wafer inspeciton for semiconductor customer in China.2) Work closely with R&D, lead project including tool evaluation, design continue improvement and special customer requests.3) lead and coach 5-8 customer service engineers locally and remotely for trouble shooting, recipe development and experiments of problem analysis.4) Summarize issue at customer sites and mitigate technical risk.5) Lead and provide knowledge transfer event.QualificationAt least 5 years working experience in semiconductor specially in wafer inspection and metrology productsBS in Optics, Physics and Material Science is required, MS prefered.Experience in leading a team.
