Job Duties: ? Lead the North China IT Infrastructure team on daily support and project implementation ? Define and implement IT Infrastructure support policies and procedures in North China region ? As the team leader, develop the North China Infrastructure team in terms of technology, process and capability ? Monitor and manage the infrastructure environment including but not limit to network, servers, end-user equipment, etc. ? Support the implementation of strategic projects including GSI, Managed Network migration, etc. ? Carry out On Call Duties for all offices of North China out side of normal business hours ? According to department head request, travel to remote sites to manage office relocations, upgrades and implementations ? According to department head request, conduct Research and Planning, design and implement new technology, projects, systems, infrastructure and policies ? Suppliers and Vendors: Maintain and build relationships with suppliers and vendors as specified by Manager, IT and Infrastructure Including out sourced IT support for Satellite and regional offices. ? Daily base operation system Support ? Frequent trip will be requested ? Manage the daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software. ? Optimize the working procedure / process to improve the efficiency of IT Infrastructure support. ? According to department head command, manage implementation of projects, time and communications
