1 ， Surpervise daily import operations in accordance with air import handing procedure/SOP to make it more efficient;2 ， Check and view the whole department workload volume, distribute it to subordinate in average;3 ， Help operation team to solve the difficulties in operation process;4 ， Sove the daily operation issue, problems and complains from clients;5 ， Focus on the air freight market and keep every operation for the marketing changes;6 ， Coordinate the relationship with FA/AIR department and any other;7 ， Help sales department to develp the market in sea part, enlarge the resources of sea freight client, provide the best ocean freight and best sea carrier service;??8 ， Quote to various parties, overseas colleague/other DACHSER station/local clients;任职条件：1，Bachelor degree or above2，5-8 years (including 5 years) working experience;3，Good knowledge for Air Export/Import business as well as the whole procedure;??4，Good Microsoft office operation skill;??5，Fluent English both in written and speaking , equivalent to CET 6;6，Capacity to handle change;7，Creative problem solving ability;8，Teamwork and co-operation skills;9，Communication and negotiation skills;10，Can work under the pressure
