工作职责Responsibility 1、最迟在新项目启动节点，服务和附件要求通过新车项目团队的验证 At the latest, at new project kick off milestone, get the validation of Services and accessories requirement by New vehicle project team 2、协调项目团队和市场团队定义附件清单 Defines the accessories list in coordination with Project team and Marketing team 3、制作和跟踪售后总体活动计划，准备月度会议和报告给新车上市委员会 Draws up and follows up the global aftersales activities planning, prepare monthly review meeting and reports to new launches steering committees 4、确保所有的售后交付物按时完成，以支持4S店的售后活动（备件图册，库存，定价，维修方法，附件，电路图，诊断工具，专用工具，培训，保养计划，符合国内法规关于售后的部分及回收活动） Ensure that all aftersales deliverables will be ready on time to support the aftersales activities at 4S stores (spare parts catalog, in stock, pricing, repair method, accessories, schematic, diagnosis tool, special tools, training, maintenance plan, compliance with national regulation regarding aftersales and recycling activities….) 5、参与设计评估和变更管理会议，确保可维修性和售后要求在上游设计阶段被充分考虑 Takes part to design review and change management meetings to ensure that serviceability and aftersales requirements will be duly taken into account during upstream phase of design 6、定义和接收维修方法和诊断验证车辆 Defines and takes delivery of prototype vehicles for repair and diagnosis methods preparation 7、组织定期会议，与售后所有相关部门评估售后活动进展，识别难点，定义行动计划纠偏 Organizes regular meetings with all contributors for aftersales (internal aftersales direction, R&D, Project team, purchase…) to review activities progress, identify hard point and define action plan for deviations 任职资格Qualification 1、熟悉售后技术或整车项目管理 Familiar with technical Aftersales or vehicle project management. 2、熟练的英语水平，需与PSA法国沟通（邮件，备注或电话视频会议）Good level in English is required for communication with PSA mother Co (Emails, notes, audio) 3、超过4年的汽车服务工作经验，有售后经验，研发经验更好 More than 4 years’ work experience in automotive services, Experience in aftersales and R&D and will be appreciated
